Frank’s experience goes beyond defending the integrity of motor vehicles. He has represented manufacturers of motorcycles, personal watercraft, boat engines, forklifts, wheelchair lifts and power tools. His understanding of how such equipment is designed, manufactured and operated and his knowledge of the available legal defenses have proven to be a valuable asset at trial and when vying for summary judgment. Frank’s practice has diversified over the years. He has now established a niche in the defense of theme park attractions, rides and the safety of park grounds.
By concentrating on the defense of products, Frank is uniquely familiar with the design process, and therefore prepared to assist in the discovery process and the preparation of corporate witnesses for deposition and trial.
