Anthony “Tony” J. Parascandola is an experienced trial attorney with over 34 years of experience who routinely defends corporations in complex civil litigation, including product liability claims, premises liability and commercial litigation. Tony represents some of the world’s largest manufacturers of motor vehicles and vertical transportation equipment in cases involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death and traumatic brain injury cases. He defends manufacturers, suppliers and distributors of products in State and Federal civil cases and is often sought out to serve as California local counsel.

Tony has considerable franchise litigation experience and has prosecuted and defended complex commercial disputes, partnership dissolutions, expedited unlawful detainer cases and ADA claims. He currently manages unlawful detainer actions for a national franchisor in all courts throughout the State of California. Tony also defends manufacturers of home improvement and building products in civil, commercial and subrogation litigation.

Tony is experienced in managing a diverse caseload including complex multidistrict litigation, commercial litigation, personal injury matters, school law, entertainment law, gaming law, general tort litigation and appellate practice.

Prior to joining Bowman and Brooke, Tony owned and managed his own law firm—representing business clients in transactional matters and throughout all civil and commercial phases of litigation. Before that time, he practiced product liability defense with two prominent Los Angeles law firms.

Volunteerism and community are a top priority for Tony. He has served as a volunteer arbitrator through the Los Angeles Superior Court system, served as a volunteer counsel through the Alliance for Children’s Rights for Foster Care Adoptions and was a board member for the Rampart Police Activities League for ten years. Tony is also actively involved in the local American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) program as a Committee Chair and former Board Member.
