With an impressive career spanning nearly 15 years, Angela Angotti is a formidable trial attorney with a deep understanding of the automotive industry. Angela has a proven track record defending product liability cases for major auto manufacturers, adeptly navigating the technical and legal intricacies of the mechanical and regulatory issues that frequently arise. Her extensive courtroom experience includes dozens of cases tried to verdict in both state and federal courts.

She began her career as an attorney in private practice defending railroads in catastrophic crossing accident cases involving complex mechanical and design claims. Through this work, she has spent years honing her ability to synthesize detailed scientific, mechanical and design principles in the products she defends and possesses the unique ability to translate these complex topics into easily accessible language for judges and juries.

Her litigation experience encompasses the strategic selection and development of expert witnesses on crucial issues such as causation, future medical expenses, non-economic damages and future lost wages. Her experience also extends to defending premises liability and catastrophic personal injury matters, and she has skillfully briefed and argued appellate matters before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. As an assistant attorney general of Texas, Angela served the people of Texas as lead counsel in multi-million-dollar litigation, saving millions of dollars for the people of Texas while navigating complex litigation in both state and federal courts.

Outside of the office, Angela enjoys spending time with her family, working on her vintage truck and participating in competitive horseback riding. She co-hosts and produces a pop culture legal podcast focused on legal literacy, which has received more than six million downloads.
