Kelly Barnes focuses her practice in product liability, premises liability and general liability defense and warranty cases.
Kelly is an experienced litigator who has second-chaired two jury trials, where she handled opening statements, oral arguments, cross-examination of the plaintiff and examination of experts. She regularly manages large caseloads from inception to finish defending clients in high-profile insurance and premises liability matters and automobile negligence cases. She regularly conducts depositions and pre-discovery fact investigations, attends court hearings and conferences and drafts all documents, pleadings and motions for the development of the defense of each claim. Kelly has developed a reputation for efficient and cost-effective resolution of claims with an emphasis on client communication.
Outside of the office, Kelly can be found spending time with her family, reading true crime novels and working towards her goal of overnight RV camping in all fifty states.
