Georgiana Boss brings nearly a decade of experience representing clients in product liability, mass tort and complex civil litigation. She defends matters involving pharmaceutical products, medical devices, personal injury and commercial disputes.
Her background includes representing a high volume of clients in mass tort litigation involving medical devices and pharmaceutical drugs. She has worked on federal multidistrict litigation and prepared two bellwether cases for trial collaborating with national trial teams.
With more than 30 jury trials as first chair and over 200 depositions taken, she handles all phases of litigation in both state and federal courts. She manages all stages of litigation including drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, managing written discovery, preparing fact and expert witnesses, conducting depositions and appearing for hearings, mediations and settlement conferences.
Geo’s passion for courtroom advocacy began as a teenager drawn to performance and storytelling, a passion she now brings into every trial, connecting with juries and presenting her client’s story with clarity and conviction. She brings energy, sharp litigation skills and practical insight to every matter along with a client-focused approach and the ability to build and challenge a case from multiple angles.
Outside the office she’s a film enthusiast who hosts an annual Oscar party and volunteers at the Volen Center in Boca Raton supporting elder care and elder rights.
