Jacqueline Brant concentrates her practice defending drug and device and pharmaceutical manufacturers in product liability litigation.
A skilled writer and legal researcher, Jacqueline was a summer associate for Bowman and Brooke since her first year in law school, assisting attorneys with medical device cases involving neurosurgical devices and devices incorporate AI algorithms. Her other experiences have included writing motions to suppress plaintiff’s discovery requests for patented medical device exemplars and delving into regulatory compliance with reporting procedures and standards under the FDA. She has performed extensive research regarding ongoing issues with AI in the medical device field, which predicted future hotspots of litigation related to AI in medical devices and analyzed the FDA’s evolving governance concerning AI technologies in medical devices and medical trials.
In her free time, Jacqueline enjoys bouldering, playing soccer and guitar and volunteering with Lawyers Without Borders as she grows her pro bono practice.
