Alexander Egbert’s practice focuses on product liability and commercial litigation in the firm’s Appellate and Advanced Motions practice group.  

Alex has significant experience in both state and federal appellate courts defending against unreasonable expansions of tort liability. In his written and oral advocacy, he excels at articulating the heart of each issue and persuading courts with clearly presented logic.  

At the trial level, Alex has experience managing cases and is sought after for his skill researching and writing dispositive motions and other merits briefs. 

Outside of the office Alex he enjoys DIY projects, oil and watercolor painting. He can also be found on the court playing pickleball and tennis.
