Charles Flick has decades of experience defending household-name products and companies in complex personal injury claims, as well as product liability and premises liability litigation. Throughout his career, he has tried more than 100 civil cases to verdict before juries, representing some of the most well-known consumer brands and retailers, as well as recreational products, pharmaceuticals, industrial manufacturers and financial organizations. He has defended clients in all state and federal courts in Florida and is a member of the Trial Bar of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Charles is a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel, Dade County Defense Bar Association, Florida Defense Lawyers Association, and the Defense Research Institute. He attended University of Mississippi and the Southern Methodist University, receiving his Juris Doctorate and undergraduate degrees, respectively.
