John Fuller specializes in defending product, premises and general liability cases, with a particular focus on the motor vehicle, industrial equipment and construction industries. He utilizes a strategic blend of analysis and scientific methodology in his legal practice. His analytical skills enable him to break down complex systems into manner that is easily understood to his clients and juries.

In the courtroom, John has a long record, handling multiple bench trials to verdict. His motion practice includes successfully defending summary judgment motions and motions to dismiss, alongside managing other critical motions such as motions to compel and in limine. His practices have also reached the North Carolina Court of Appeals.

Outside of defending clients, John is an enthusiastic marathon runner, a passionate sports fan and a loving dog owner. Residing in Orlando, he enjoys exploring the city and the beach.
