Katie Gannon's practice is primarily focused on appellate work and complex litigation. She represents clients in litigating matters involving insurance defense, medical malpractice, wrongful death, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents and business and commercial disputes.
With experience in both state and federal courts, she provides strategic guidance from post-trial motions through appeals, working closely with trial teams to position cases for success at every stage. Katie also handles cases involving corporate claims, real property conflicts, declaratory actions and other high-stakes civil litigation.
Her background also includes work on multi-district litigation involving defective drugs, medical devices and asbestos-related claims, as well as representing clients in cases involving nursing homes and assisted living facilities, including bankruptcy proceedings. Katie's experience supports a well-rounded appellate practice across a variety of industries.
Outside of practicing law, Katie is serving her second term on the City Council for Oldsmar, Florida.
