Tom Isaacs is a litigator and discovery counsel of rare quality. He has earned the trust of leaders in a variety of industries for his ability to manage general liability cases of many kinds, from business tort and class action to commercial and product liability. When he signs on to a case, he is capable of overseeing all aspects of it, all the way to settlement or trial.

He is proficient in designing and executing national coordinated discovery efforts. Tom is the go-to national discovery counsel for some of the top companies in the automotive industry. He is skilled in document identification, collection and production; drafting and implementing litigation holds; clawback agreements and protective orders; briefing and arguing discovery motions; depositions; and evaluating vendors and platforms.

In addition to his professional achievements, Tom serves on the Board of Directors for the Michigan Defense Trial Counsel, where he contributes to promoting the interests of defense attorneys and their clients through advocacy, education and collaboration.

When not at work, Tom loves to spend time with his wife and two children and coach baseball, basketball, and football. He is a diehard Detroit Tigers fan who is on a quest to see a game in every Major League stadium.
