With nearly 25 years of experience, Kelly Kimbrough manages a comprehensive product liability practice as national and regional coordinating counsel for some of the country's largest pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers. Clients retain Kelly for her extensive experience supervising local counsel and proceedings in high-profile, multidistrict litigation. She is currently national counsel for a brand manufacturer in a large pharmaceutical mass tort.
Kelly has extensive experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, mass tort and individual product liability cases involving a variety of products. She has managed large-scale nationwide pharmaceutical litigation on behalf of manufacturers including national and regional counsel roles. Additionally, a significant part of her practice is working with experts, including involvement on national science teams in the Norplant and hormone replacement therapy litigation. She also served as a team captain on the national deposition team in HRT, and has furthered national defense strategy by drafting national deposition outlines in HRT, Reglan and bisphosphonate litigation.
