Kevin Malloy is an experienced litigator who has tried cases in several courts across the country. His practice focuses primarily on defending automotive manufacturers in high exposure cases involving catastrophic injuries or fatalities, though he is also experienced in handling RICO matters and those involving commercial disputes, industrial accidents, consumer products and fraud. He has been included on the list of Best Lawyers in America for Product Liability Litigation for each of the past three years.

Kevin’s unique skill set is informed by the lessons he learned during a year-long secondment as in-house counsel for a major automotive manufacturer. He is a member of the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association, the American Bar Association and the NextGen Automotive Lead Lawyers Summit.

Kevin graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina School of Law. While in law school, he interned for The Honorable Daniel F. Pieper, South Carolina Court of Appeals, and served as an editorial assistant for the third edition of Professor David G. Owen's Hornbook, Products Liability Law.
