Kevin Malloy represents vehicle manufacturers in product liability litigation. He defends motor vehicles in state and federal courts across the country, often relying on lessons he learned over the course of a long-term assignment within the legal staff of a major automobile manufacturer.

Kevin also has experience with complex, multidistrict litigation and was recently part of the trial team in a multimillion dollar product liability suit. His work has led to the exclusion of expert opinions offered against a major automobile manufacturer in a federal MDL bellwether trial, and he has handled appellate and advanced motion briefing on important questions of product liability law.

Kevin graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina School of Law. While in law school, he interned for The Honorable Daniel F. Pieper, South Carolina Court of Appeals, and served as an editorial assistant for the third edition of Professor David G. Owen's Hornbook, Products Liability Law. Before law school, Kevin earned his Bachelor's Degree from the University of South Carolina and worked for the Weston Adams Law Firm in Columbia, SC.
