Stacey Lounsbury is an experienced attorney who defends clients in complex legal matters involving product liability, toxic tort and commercial litigation. Stacey has handled all stages of litigation including pleadings, discovery, pretrial motions and trial. Client teams look to Stacey for her dedication and the pride she takes in her work.

Stacey has first and second chair experience in both bench and jury trials. She is proficient in overseeing an array of legal matters including insurance defense, toxic tort, products liability, premises liability, landlord tenant disputes, partnership disputes, real estate and motor accidents. Before joining Bowman and Brooke, Stacey focused on litigation and dispute resolution as she represented individuals and businesses in complex commercial litigation matters as an associate attorney.

With a passion for research and writing, Stacey has previously authored complaints, motions, responses to motions and appellate briefs and prepared a variety of pleadings in numerous states and federal jurisdictions. She has a solid foundation in performing comprehensive legal research, interpreting federal and local statutes and common law, and demonstrated success in analyzing and managing depositions, written discovery and e-discovery in multi-million-dollar commercial litigation.

Stacey had an unconventional start to her legal career. She was first exposed to law throughout her years of schooling but decided to first raise a family before ultimately pursuing the law. She hoped to show her daughters nothing is impossible by her successfully breaking the legal industry’s high barriers to entry.

Stacey is an animal lover, amateur baker and connoisseur of the arts. She enjoys spending time with her family and their five pets outside of the office.
