Mollie Kelly advises clients on discovery matters. Prior to joining Bowman and Brooke, Mollie served as an associate and law clerk at several Michigan law firms. She conducted legal research and analysis and drafted motions, complaints, case evaluations, facilitations, witness lists and legal briefs for personal injury and premises liability cases, among other areas of law. Mollie also argued pre-trial motions in court and attended status and settlement conferences.
While in law school, Mollie served as assistant articles editor of the International Law Review Journal and as a student clinician conducting guardianship reviews of minor children and writing child custody reports for family court. She also volunteered as a court appointed special advocate (CASA), where she advocated for children in the foster care system. Mollie is passionate about children’s rights and earned a Certificate in Child Advocacy.
In her free time, Mollie enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. She also enjoys cooking, baking and running.
