Jonathan Nguyen is an associate attorney focusing his practice on product liability defense.
He has developed a strong foundation in litigation through his experiences in various legal roles. Assisting clients by drafting a wide range of legal documents, including motions and discovery requests, he also conducts thorough legal research. During his time as a litigation clerk, he built his skills in drafting successful motions, including a notable motion to compel. Actively participating in depositions, Jonathan provided summaries and conducted client interviews to gather crucial information for written discovery. His previous experience as a litigation paralegal allowed him to collaborate on employment law cases, manage document productions, and support trial preparations.
