Raj Sivananthan is an established litigator with more than 30 years of experience. Sought after for his highly focused knowledge and experience in legal matters related to discovery and eDiscovery, Raj advises corporations on how to take on the many challenges of modern discovery practice and how discovery should be managed with the goal of achieving trial success or reasonable case settlements. He also directs the tactical preparation of corporate witnesses for deposition and the strategic preparation of responses to all forms of discovery, including notices for corporate depositions. He has extensive experience in designing, implementing and coordinating discovery management programs, eDiscovery, records management programs and litigation risk management programs for clients.

The specialized programs Raj has created and managed involve all facets of discovery management and is aimed at minimizing the risk to clients from discovery inconsistencies, and resulting monetary sanctions and loss of credibility. The processes he has designed include detailed discovery tracking tools and electronic databases that capture company information in a consistent manner so that it may be efficiently used in pattern litigation.

Raj is a frequent speaker on topics ranging from legal writing and discovery management to corporate witness deposition and trial preparation. He is also a member of the firm's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.
