Victoria “Tori” Roberts is focused on representing clients in product liability defense litigation. Tori spent a summer with Bowman and Brooke working as a Summer Associate, mainly researching and briefing complex litigation topics for a wide variety of products. She also wrote several research memoranda in support of ongoing litigation for case teams. Additionally, Tori has experience writing petitions, motions, preparing and organizing documents during the discovery process.
Tori graduated with a dual J.D. and LL.M through a program provided through University of Arizona. During her J.D. in Arizona, she worked as a tort’s fellow, externed at federal district court, and enjoying a complex litigation tailored curriculum. During her LL.M in France, she enjoyed learning about the complexities of the European Union and global trade through professors from all over the world.
Tori graduated as a student athlete with a degree in graphic design during the COVID-19 pandemic. Intellectual curiosity ultimately led her to law school. In her free time, Tori enjoys being with her family. She also enjoys cooking, live sporting events and skiing.
