Dacian Rusz is an associate attorney focusing his practice on product liability, class action and consumer litigation that includes defending the largest automotive manufacturers in North America.
Dacian serves as national discovery counsel for a major automotive manufacturer with other members of his team in the Detroit office. He has experience handling all phases of litigation from inception to finish, including client communication, discovery, drafting motions, legal research and writing, oral advocacy, mediation and appeals. Prior to Bowman and Brooke, Dacian worked on insurance defense and various tort claims. He is no stranger to a high case load and balancing the needs of multiple cases and clients to deliver them a tailored result.
When not in the office, Dacian enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with his growing family. He is a big Detroit sports fan and is even a fantasy football commissioner.
