Bradley Shapiro has extensive experience advising on discovery issues in complex litigation in state and federal courts in Florida and throughout the United States.

He drafts discovery requests and responses, ESI agreements and privilege logs, and reviews and codes documents for responsiveness, including confidentiality and privilege. Brad has argued discovery motions in state and federal court throughout Florida and managed ESI-related matters around the country, working with local counsel in other jurisdictions. He has also prepared witnesses for depositions and trial, represented clients in evidentiary hearings, and argued motions for summary judgment.

Outside the office, Brad likes listening to audio books and gardening. He also enjoys hiking with his wife and dog, visiting national parks, and researching new destinations.
