In his practice, Jordan represents some of the world’s largest manufacturers of motor vehicles, motorcycles, ATVs, power tools, boat engines, and medical devices in complex cases involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, paralysis, and consumer warranty lemon law claims. Jordan has also represented a variety of product manufacturers in large-scale commercial contract disputes. Prior to joining Bowman and Brooke, Jordan focused on insurance defense work and handled general liability, insurance coverage, and insurance bad faith cases. He regularly obtained summary judgment for his clients, including summary judgment that was affirmed by the Second District Court of Appeals in Brown v. Mid-Century Ins. Co. (2013) 215 Cal.App.4th 841, 844.
