Tucker Dowling is a versatile litigator and trial attorney. His practice focuses on product liability defense, commercial litigation and business torts across multiple jurisdictions.

As an experienced litigator, Tucker has been a zealous advocate for his clients in all phases of complex civil litigation, including arbitration and mediation, law and motion, deposition practice, oral advocacy and trial. 

Tucker has defended Fortune 500 companies and global product manufacturers in both state and federal court against single-plaintiff claims, class actions and other pattern litigation matters involving medical devices, pharmaceuticals, automobiles, industrial machinery, construction equipment, and consumer fraud. He also represents corporations and early-stage entrepreneurs in transactional and litigation matters in the areas of trademark and trade secret, real estate transactions, commercial contracts, corporate formation, governance and compliance.

Outside of the office, Tucker enjoys listening to NPR podcasts and spending time with his family. He also regularly serves as a lecturer on trademark and trade secret law at local San Diego law schools and student-operated legal clinics.
