Kamalani Tydingco is an associate attorney focusing her practice on product liability litigation and California lemon law warranty matters.
Kamalani represents automotive manufacturers in consumer warranty litigation throughout California. She has taken warranty matters to jury trial in California state courts, serving as second chair. Her practice spans all phases of litigation, including managing fact and expert discovery, defending and preparing corporate representatives and expert witnesses, handling discovery disputes as well as drafting and arguing dispositive motions. Kamalani also has experience with post-trial motion practice and trial preparation.
When she is not busy practicing law, Kamalani, who is from Guam, enjoys hula dancing, traveling, cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, and spending time with her partner and two dogs.
