The panel will engage in candid dialogue about their respective journeys to success, as well as an honest discussion of the benefits and drawbacks of various diversity initiatives. The panelists and moderators aim to create a thought-provoking conversation that promotes empowering and strengthening the nation’s youth and young adults through positivity and resilience. The session will consist of curated mini-talks by panelists and a panel discussion of important questions from the moderators and audience.
