Bowman and Brooke Receives “Top Performer” and "Compass Award" from Leadership Council on Legal Diversity
Bowman and Brooke LLP, a nationally recognized trial firm with one of the largest product liability practices in the country, has been recognized by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) as a 2018 Top Performer and the firm also received the LCLD Compass Award. These accolades are given to LCLD’s most active member corporations and law firms.
“We’re very pleased to receive these recognitions. We’ve been actively involved with LCLD since 2011, with fifteen lawyers and one staff member participating since joining. Receiving the ‘Top Performer’ designation highlights the value that we place on diversity in the firm, bottom to top. Our Diversity and Inclusion Committee works to provide innovative opportunities and support for the advancement of diversity and inclusion in the firm, as well as in our communities. This process is backed by the firm’s core values, espoused since the firm’s founding 33-years ago,” said Roshan Rajkumar, Partner and Chair of the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

Bowman and Brooke ranked #27 on the 2018 American Lawyer Diversity Scorecard, ranked #8 on the 2018 National Law Journal Women's Scorecard, was named by Law360 in 2018 as one of the Best Firms for Women and Minority Attorneys, received the 2017 Minnesota Lawyer Diversity and inclusion Award, and in 2015 received the California Minority Counsel Program Drucilla Stender Ramey Diversity Award.
