Phoenix partner Amanda Heitz has been named as one of two new PLAC Sustaining Members. Sustaining Members are leaders in the regulatory, commercial litigation and appellate areas of the law and are personally invited to join PLAC. An up and coming leader and mentor to the firm’s junior attorneys, Amanda’s PLAC appointment comes following recognition by The Legal 500 in 2022 when she was named in Litigation: Product Liability Defense, Consumer Products for the third year in a row and identified as a Next Generation Partner: Product Liability Defense, Consumer Products.
PLAC brings together corporations and outside legal professionals in an environment of trust and openness with a common goal of managing risk throughout the entire product life cycle. PLAC’s conferences, webinars, industry discussion forums and action groups are by “invitation only” where corporate and sustaining members can freely exchange ideas and wisdom drawn from their many years of experience. PLAC provides members with the most salient, up-to-the-minute legal resources required to navigate the current—and future—litigation environment.
Bowman and Brooke is proud of the long association between the firm and PLAC. Firm Chair Paul Cereghini serves on the PLAC Board of Directors.
