Clayton is also well-versed and experienced in litigation involving emerging technology such as Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Electric Vehicles (EVs). His technical knowledge and ability to clearly and persuasively communicate complex issues to the jury allows Clayton to vigorously defend his clients’ products.
Clayton has represented clients and tried cases in state and federal courts across the country. He regularly handles cases involving catastrophic construction accidents and breach of contract claims.
