Abigail "Abbie" Golden focuses her practice on product liability and consumer class action defense in state and federal courts across the country. With experience in appellate and advanced motions, Abbie has crafted numerous trial and appellate briefs, including motions to strike class allegations, motions for summary judgment and motions to dismiss.
In several high-profile class and mass actions, Abbie has played a strategic role, coordinating briefing and developing legal strategies to address complex issues in multi-plaintiff litigation that crosses jurisdictions. She has spent years defending a Big Three automaker in defense of its Takata airbag litigation, including defense of state attorney general actions, personal injury cases, and class settlement opt out litigation.

Abbie also represents clients in complex multi-plaintiff mass actions, and federal class actions under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and state consumer protection laws.
