Greg Mroz is a trial attorney focused on defending clients in product liability, general liability, personal injury defense litigation and premises liability litigation – including amusement park attractions, rides and safety of park grounds. He has experience defending manufacturers of motor vehicles, personal watercrafts, motorcycles, power tools and off-road vehicles. Greg’s litigation experience also includes defense of warranty actions, motor vehicle accidents, construction defect and toxic tort claims.
A former Florida state prosecutor, Greg has tried multiple jury and bench trials to verdict and argued at numerous evidentiary hearings. He has represented a variety of major manufacturers in numerous arbitrations before the Florida New Motor Vehicle Arbitration Board, Consumer Arbitration Program and American Arbitration Association.
