Jeff Patterson is a seasoned trial lawyer who defends car and truck manufacturers in complex product liability and commercial litigation. For more than 30 years, he has represented vehicle manufacturers in product liability, complex commercial, fraud and patent litigation. In recent years Jeff has been heavily involved defending clients in cases involving electric vehicles, battery fires and ADAS allegations.
Jeff has served as national counsel for a vehicle manufacturer in pattern litigation, crafting defense strategies and he has tried more than 50 cases to jury verdict as first chair. He has managed or tried cases in more than 28 states.
In his free time, Jeff enjoys teaching CLEs, mentoring and creating opportunities for younger lawyers. He loves traveling with his wife and spending time with their three daughters and grandchildren.
