Sunny Rehsi is a Canadian and United States product liability attorney, with experience in automotive product liability and commercial litigation. He represents some of the largest automotive manufacturers in North America.
Sunny has first chair trial experience and has obtained a defense verdict on behalf of one of his automotive clients in Ottawa, Canada. He focuses on handling complex automotive warranty and lemon law issues under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, Sunny provides strong defense strategies for his clients. His experience also covers defending product liability lawsuits related to industrial machinery, consumer and recreational products, motor vehicles and building materials.
Sunny also serves as national discovery counsel for a major automotive manufacturer. He handles all aspects of discovery including offensive and defensive discovery; document identification, collection, and review; briefing motions to compel and for protective order; and preparing company witnesses for deposition.
