Brandon Pellegrino concentrates his practice on defending Global 500 companies in product liability litigation throughout the country. He also has extensive experience defending allegations related to automobile negligence, commercial, complex construction and insurance matters. Regardless of the allegation that he is defending, Brandon has his clients' best interests in mind and is a key strategist for each case team of which he is a member.
Brandon has significant hands-on, practical experience including, but not limited to both offensive and defensive written discovery; the identification, collection, review, and production of documents; along with briefing and arguing motions to compel, motions for protective order, and dispositive motions. Additionally, Brandon has been involved with and handled development and execution of case strategy, expert witness retention and preparation, case evaluations, mediations, pre-trial motions and briefs and arbitrations.
Brandon is a thought leader in the e-discovery field and writes on topics related to document preservation and production. He is also an active member of the Defense Research Institute's Young Lawyers Committee.
